CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
At Redmellon, I was entrusted with shaping the visual identity of their mission-driven real estate projects. This involved creating unique brand identities and logos for new developments, each designed to reflect the company’s ethos of building "Homes" rather than "Units." My work also extended to supporting the Preservation Toolkit initiative, a program dedicated to historic building preservation. Here, I developed social media assets that emphasized storytelling and community engagement, aligning with Redmellon’s values of thoughtful, human-centered development. Additionally, I designed a variety of print and digital materials, including financial reports, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring every piece captured the essence of Redmellon’s aesthetic and mission.
DESIGN CONSTRAINTS
This role required balancing creativity with consistency to uphold Redmellon’s established brand voice. Designing for real estate and preservation-focused audiences meant incorporating technical data into visually engaging formats while maintaining clarity and accessibility. Tight timelines were often a factor, especially when producing financial reports or campaign materials, necessitating streamlined workflows without compromising design quality. The challenge was to create designs that were not only visually striking but also deeply aligned with Redmellon’s mission of fostering walkable, community-focused neighborhoods.
